obx longtubes new tune?

obx longtubes new tune?

Installing longtubes and was wondering if I have to get another tune. Will it be ok to run the truck they way it is. I have troyer tune and k&n fipk, x pipe true duals, underdrive pullys, performance cops from troyer, denso plugs and the longtubes.

it wont hurt but you should be ok. You will probably burn lean at WOT but you should be OK. My tunes are when I had just a cat back and now am FULL bolt on. Intake, long tubes, exhaust, UDP's, and efans and still on that otherwise stock tune.

Long tubes have a possibility of leaning the motor, how much is a different story and is different for every vehicle.

With the xcal 2 you can richen up wot I believe. I think that is one of the options on it. I may do that to be on the safe side til I can get a tune.
