kn fipk or new aem brute force

going to be ordering my new intake system tomorrow just seeing what all you guys thought i might just run a drop in for right now not sure but i have always ran kn on my cars/ trucks

mainly its personal preference if you ask me....i have the fipk and i like it but i dont really have anything to compare to.....AF1 cliams to deliever the most HP but i dont know for certain....alot of people LOVE the s&b's though......but id say if you live in a hot area....dont get a metal one...get the plastic....and i have a drive filter btu would prefer an oil......so yea....if it were me...plastic and oil filter

AF1 delivers the most power. It is also the most expensive. The S&B is nearly the same power numbers, offers an enclosed box, on the 2004+ F150s, for even more protection, and it's a LOT cheaper.

If you are from Cali, K&N FIPK is the best option because it is LEGAL. All the others arent.

Yeah, S&B fan here, had K&N but didn't compare to my S&B.

i have a 05 5.3 screw and i live in hott/ really cold most the year in the montains but raleigh nc in the summer i think i might just got withthe fipk i was looking at the aem cause up romp's post
