Dynomax headers?

I am looking at getting some Dynomax Cyclone ceramic coated headers for my truck. They look like long tubes in pictures I have seen. Does anybody else have these? How was the fit?

I know I would have to get some high flow cats, Dynomax doesn't seem to make any for my application, I know Magnaflow does. Are there any others? What do I need to do to get everything to work and not trip any codes? I can still use all my stock O2's can't I?

Thanks.

i dont know anything about dynomax long tubes if they make em, but if they fit u will then want hi flow cats from magnaflow, dont buy any other IMO. DO not use ur stock o2s or u *may* trip the CEL.. it depends how many miles u have but i suggest replacing all of them bc itll save u the hassle of changing them out later on and u usually get lucky and gain 2, maybe 3 mpg.. after ur cats it depends what u wanna do witht he rest of ur exhaust.. i see u have *true dual* straight pipes so just attach them to the x pipe u have and call it a day..

id send an Email to make sure they are longtubes. Some places post pictures of long tubes and you get Sent shortys or Mid-tubes. So email and double check frist.

i agree ^^^.. they do look similar, especially the Blackjack headers bc of the long primary tubes but im not sure if there really long tubes.. it shows in their catalog they dont have those that fit 03 and up.. they have 97-02.. maybe they will fit but who knos.. i wouldnt go for them. and they dont say that there long tubes.. id stick with the pacesetter or if u have 5.4 then dynatech..

What about the OBX headers they look good and are a lot cheaper than the Dynatech ones. I have read a couple reviews here on the OBX's and they are stainless steal. It looks like they come with cats or maybe they are just resonators. If you could actually use them it would save me money on high flow cats. Has anyone used them with no codes?

I want ceramic coated or stainless steal because we get winter here and we do use salt on the roads. I don't want the headers to rot out in a couple of years.

High flow cats will most likely trip your cel for "cat below threshold"

It did for me. Cant remember the exact number for the code, but it will be back rest assured.

theres a possiblility that they can trip the CEL, but most have had no problems using them.. make sure the o2s r in the right spot and u should be good..

shortbox- do u have them on ur 07? im not sure about hi flows on the 04 and up bc i think u have 2 cats instead of 4 but it shouldnt be too diff.. alot of people that have them on their 97-03's love them.. i kno there have been some probs tho
