I found it for $330, anybody found it for cheaper? Their website claims 22hp!

I think more info on your truck would help.

4.6 or 5.4? it's an 04+, right? woodhouse is who I usually go through. They have the 4.6L for $313 shipped, 5.4L for $308 shipped. Keep in mind it's the Airaid intake with the Roush logo on it, you can usually find it cheaper than Roush but every once in a while Roush is less.

The Roush intake isn't that great. The S&B and AF1 out-flow it. We told ya what to get before ...

Really Thump? I don't have personal experience with the Roush, but several people on this site have commented on it saying they like the sound and can "feel" some gains. That, and all the people who talk about Airaid seem to like that as well. How do you feel about the Volant? So far are the Banks, AF1 3.5", and S&B the only ones that really need the tuner?

If you don't mind it saying Airaid instead of Roush, look up this guy on ebay: socalmotorsports

I just ordered mine today and he beat the prices you have above, just tell him fernell sent you his way.

I thought that all 04 on up with any intake needs a tune?

I've got a buddy who bought the Roush and wasn't happy with it. The guy ended up selling it and buying a S&B. The Volant is a decent air intake but it's power gains fall off pretty bad at the upper RPMs. The S&B is the best intake out there. It's not too expensive and it flows extremely well. It needs a tune but so do the other intakes. The 2004s are very sensitive. The 2005+ need tunes as well, just not as bad.

My A/F was nearly 15 with the S&B and the stock tune. I'd say it needs a tune ... It's better to be safe than sorry. Is it really worth the $400 to jeopardize your motor? I don't think so.
