OBX Header Install

Well I finally ordered OBX long tubes for my 2001 4x4 SuperCrew 5.4. Started taking the OEM manifolds off today, everything was going great until the last stud which broke off in the block. I have a tap and die set and am going to tap it to the next size once i buy a drill that will fit in the wheel well! I'll post pics and clips once i get it all installed. Long tubes, no cats, magnaflow x-pipe, and dual Bassani mufflers.

you should try a set of "easy outs", it will save you from having to re-thread the heads.

Alright first Bottom Bolt passenger side Drilled and tapped from 8mm x 1.25mm to 10mm x 1.50mm, had to buy a angle drill from Lowes to get in the fender well. Some words of wisdom, when you take the transmission dipstick out make sure your truck is not on a slight downhill incline or you will get a face full of ATF........learned the hard way. Passenger side all bolted up except the first top bolt which we wrenched on for about 2 hrs to no avail. I should be done tomorrow and will post some pics.
