Cleaning the throttle body

My rig has 110K on it and I don't think I have ever had the throttle body cleaned. If I pull it off and clean it, will I notice better acceleration and throttle response or is the performance gain very minimal?

Thanks in advance.

it all depends on how dirty it is. i cleaned mine at about 200K and noticed a huge difference. def. worth it in my opinion. just be careful taking it off. you might want to go ahead and just clean the whole upper plenum while you're at it. if you dont see any gains it will still be good to have a clean engine.
