The opposition sure got quiet tho

Our vehicles run via program nowadays - Programs w/parameters and defaults that self adjust in order to compensate. We can only alter the hardware so much before adverse effects come as a result. Then we either revert to compatible hardware or alter the program (IF theres' room) to overcome.

If we do nothing - performance suffers. It may be little or alot, that depends. I bet a stock 4six has more nutts down low than a stock 5four w/true duals. - IMO of course.

how stock a 4.6l? what about one with just a catback? what about gears, 4x4 or not, intakes?
a 4.6 stock with 3.73lsp and a 5four with highway gears & no LSP and the supposed loss of low end torque
i think a properly equiped 4.6, with a bigger tranny cooler and all that can beat a unproperly equipped 5four easily.

U don't understand - Tunning on the Dyno can bring some of that back, but how much, I don't know. That's a part of tunning - getting the most out of your set up.
Well you need to understand that nothing is white and black, you're speaking in absolutes. I'm not. I never said the gains were peak gains. I'm talking about part throttle power gains as well. I don't think you realize how much time I've got on the dyno. I do understand.

PS: Opposition didn't quiet, we were probably just out and about for the 4th of July.

Who's we? This is about you. You were on line long after I replied, that's why I made that comment- But, whatever man. Not sure what that was suppose to mean or that it even matters..Regardless -

If you were on the Dyno so much - Post the data. I bet you already looked thru the sheets and now know what I'm talking about - Just to Chicken Sh^t to post them.

Post up. -Since your Joe Dyno - Lets see em..

first off- i added the udp's after i was tuned since you know everything now,he said his truck didn't hold a candle towing wise to mine with my oem tune- the last 1/3rd of the trip i loaded my tp 93 tow tune and troyer earned himself another customer-he said his truck felt like it gained 100 hp after my trailer was disconnected from it-j brew-i don't know where the hostility towards me is coming from-i must have ticked you off before in my last 5+yrs of posting here-seems like you are of the same mold as stang 2-all knowing of ford truck exhausts-i won't post anymore on this topic as you know all-i'm starting to see why the post count is down here on all of the older members-you win...

At least jbrew can spell, use proper grammar, capitalization, and punctuation. I believe him just for those reasons alone.
