yes, i know.. when i say whistle, im talking about the sound that is made if you bite down and force air out of your mouth, almost like the "s" sound.. of course i dont want it to do that even at idle, just when i step on it!

Dude, do you understand that when people talk about the "whistling" noise, that it's a very aggravating, constant thing that will drive you nuts?
We're not talking about the nice "whoosh" or roar that everyone likes... it's whistling man.. whistling... a high-pitched NOISE..

Why don't you just screw / duct tape a whistle in your intake? That'd be easier and cheaper

I have a feeling that the "whistle" you're looking for is not the whistle everyone else is talking about.
What you just describe is the swooshing sound that most intakes make when under hard acceleration.
Most of the time an actual whistle comes from a loose connection; IE: you didn't tighten everything up properly.
Whatever it may be; I'll take my AF1 and the "swoosh" over a K&N with a whistle any day!

Just about any intake makes the noise you're describing. If you don't tighten everything properly or add a TBS, you get an annoying whistle!

You know, you can find fake blow off valves and exhaust whistles to copy the sound on E-Bay.
Why not just go that route, and make sure to get a sound clip and video of the beast afterwards
