Intake and header Question

I am looking into getting a CAI from airraid and a throttle body spacer from airraid as well for a 06 f150 4.6L. I have not been able to find a lot of reviews
or comments on either or with them both put on. Any info or comments of either would be helpfull. I would like to get as much info on them before I make my decision.
Also if any one has knowledge on headers for the same applicaton what would be more benificial, shorty or full length and the resoning, I do not know much about headers and I would like to learn more.

With the CAI what is diffrent from the airraid and the AF1?
I would like to get the most info as I can, I have seen a lot of post's about the AF1 with good reveiws, just wondering what puts AF1 as the better choice. Thanks for the help.

^ he pretty much hit the nail on the head.

for an intake go with either AF1 or S&B... both are great intakes. You can get $5 off the S&B by using coupon code "5offsb" at checkout

I have an airaid stage 2 intake and airaid throttle body spacer on my 06 screw. I installed the spacer about a week before the intake and noticed very minimal improvement (except for a slight whistle when accelerating). Once in installed the intake, much more improvement was noticed. I have had k&n intakes, afe, and airaid. I would have to say afe and airaid are the best.

Thanks for your info, but I got a few more questions with it.
Has your mpg increased and do you have a exhaust system and with the intake and throttle body have you noticed a deeper tone or a better sound from you eng?
