On my 97' 5.4 B1S2 is drivers side rear sensor. This one is pretty easy to reach so disconnect battery cables then get you a wrench (don't remember size) and unplug the wire then spray with some WD40 to make unscrewing easier then screw it out. I replaced my front 2 with Bosch 02 sensor.

P0141 is a heater code for bank 1 sensor 2. before you go and buy a new sensor load test that circuit with a test light. unplug the sensor and put the test light in the pins the 2 white wires connected to and turn the key on. if the light lights you need a sensor. if not you have a problem with that circuit.

Thumbs up

Thanks guys for all the help. I found out that it is the pass. Side rear sensor. I replaced it & had the codes cleared out. I drove it alot after that & the engine light never came back on. So I say it fixed.
Thanks Again
