For whatever reason up until today I never thought of using them. I've gone through 3 mufflers already and am now back to stock (for the sake of the gal and new neighborhood).

Also, is it possible to run pipe off the cutout? Meaning, I'd like to run it out the side, almost lightning-ish? Thanks

I head theyre very "rattle'y, ive seen them on a few cars and the cable operated ones vibrate and make a loud tinny noise, if you have the $ to burn, electrics are good, but i believe in sucking it up and sliding under the truck to put the 3 wing nuts on rather than paying an extra $120

..thats just me
