Something quiet

I'm looking for some quiet exhaust for my truck. After having neglected to fix my exhaust for the past few months, the noise is really starting to annoy. I've been running straight pipes, so now I just want something quiet.

I was thinking of going with the Flowmaster Quiet series, but I don't know if they'll be any good.

Any other ideas?

How quiet do you want it?
-a little quieter then straights-->get a dynomax bullet
-a lot quieter but still noticeable-->get a Borla pro
-Almost like stock but with a deeper tone-->get a bigass magnaflow (22"+).

I have a Gibson single side out and it is nice and quiet yet you can hear it from OUTSIDE the truck (A nice clean sound) when you put your foot ito it.
Wife did not know I had changed the system from stock untill I tool off hard from the driveway and she was standing there.

Thanks for the input. I kinda like the Gibson dual sport. Only problem is, I'm running true duals. I had to hack my mufflers off because the stupid shop welded a hole in one of my mufflers. It sounded horrible. I didn't notice it until the hole started getting bigger.

Any thoughts on the best plan of attack to remedy that?

Try a dynomax Ultra Flow "X" muffler. 2 inlets, 2 outlets, and will sound great.

That thing looks great. 20" should be plenty, built in x-pipe.

Is stock size 2.5" or 2.25"?

stock size is 2.5". also, if you use it, have the shop put an xpipe as close to the cats as possible to help scavenge the exhaust gas. FatherFord is running that setup with an xpipe then an X muffler and it looks great.

Cool, thanks... Now I just gotta figure out which tips I want and where I want it to exit. Don't think I wanna go dumped again.

Was thinking about where the roush dumps out. It looks pretty cool there.
