header and cat help

I have an 01 5.4. I have a bad rear cat. I was thinking about going with pacesetter Lt's and high flow cats. Is all i need is the pacesetter LT's the y pip kit and the high flows. can you reuse your O2 sensors?? Should i just replace the broken cat with a high flow or should i bite the bullet and do the whole LT's kit. Im just looking for some advice and a parts list on what it takes to get the LT's all set up.

Will

wow, a legal way to replace cats. its illegal to replace cats in indiana unless there is a problem with them a lot of shops simply wont do it. From the posts i have seen on here many guys dont like the Pacesetter LT's, they tend to crack from what i've read. I would think you would be ok with just the high flows but if you wanted the headers I suggest obx. i believe they come with resonators and not cats but i could be wrong. You may as well replace the o2's if you have to take them out. thats the hard part and they are roughly 60 bucks each. Just my 2 cents, hopefully someone else will chime in that has had more experience.
