dynatech header need 2 cents

I've done quite a bit of searching, and it seems that the general concensous is that dynatech headers are the way to go. However, is it really worth the money to buy the headers AND the high flow cats? or should i just buy the headers and then get high flow cats somewhere else?

btw this is for an 07 supercab 5.4 L

I have some other discussion on this topic, but I figured i wouldnt write 5 paragraphs to start. Please join the discussion, I'd appreciate the input.

if i were you, i would buy just the headers, and then buy magnaflow high-flow cats separately. then have a custom built cat back with mandrel bending done. It will save you money, and the magnaflows are better cats anyways.

thanks, thats what i was hoping to hear. Any input as to which model cat will help free up flow without getting terribly loud? I hear that these things can get quite quite loud if you choose the wrong one. (or right one for some people )
