Installed a Magnaflow true dual system today

Here's the setup I had installed on my truck:

2 Magnaflow hi-flow cats
1 Magnaflow x-pipe
2 14" Magnaflow round mufflers (part 10415)
2 18" long 3.5" slashed tips
The piping was all 2.25"

The truck is loud and deep, but doesn't crack or pop. It sounds ballsy and it sounds perfect. Unfortunately, I don't have any sound clips. My laptop sucks at recording sound and does the truck no justice, but here are some pictures:

Alright I took some videos w/ my macbook pro and am putting them on youtube now. It drowns out the microphone so it sounds a lot more crackly than it does normally. I'll see if I can get a better camera later on this week.

Sounds goods, you need to get a camera and have someone do a video of you driving away and then a drive-by. I'm still up in the air about if I want to get the X pipe put on mine.

did you cut all four of your cats off? and the high flow cats you got, do you happen to have their part numbers?

Any low end torque loss? How about Resonation? Sounds great! I'm going on a 12 hour beach trip, dont want it if it's gonna be annoying...

I gained torque over my old straight piped setup, I have true duals sideswept, with the 2.5" x and 14" maggies, there is one vid under my sig, and here is one with an accel with windows down and cruise with the windows, up, it is really quiet, esp. to exit right under the back door.

yeah I cut off all 4 cats and replaced them with the Magnaflow cats. The part numbers for everything are:

(2) Magnaflow Cats (94305)
(2) 14” round 2.25” Magnaflow Mufflers (10415)
Magnaflow X-Pipe (10790)

I didn't notice any torque loss or gain personally, but I haven't put many miles on since getting everything installed. The truck is near silent at idle, it can get a little loud at around 2 - 2.5k rpm, but it doesn't drive me nuts. I'll see if I can get a better video later this week.

if you are refering to truckin, it was due to his mileage, almost 200000 I think on the factory cats, if you still have the factory O2's and high mileage a cel is likely b/c the front O2's cannot keep up with the increased exhaust flow

Yeah that's right joshmac4.6. It threw codes after I changed the cats but I replaced the front 2 02 sensors and I'm running strong

Cashel - Sounds great man. I have the exact same set up on my Screw as well, right down to the muffler size and pipe thickness. It not only sounds perfect, but I definately noticed a difference in performance.

Nice Screw BTW, I just popped into your gallery. I need to update mine, I've done a lot more to my truck since my last pics. Glad to hear you like the set up, I've been extremely happy with the results.
