Headers

I have already put quite a bit of money into my truck but as most of you know, There is always one more thing that you want to do. Right now I have been thinking about headers and I am wondering if they even make that big of a difference. I would like to get some input from some of you that already have them. And sorry if this is a stupid question, but whats the difference between short and long tube headers?

def makes a difference... its not the best way to gain hp and tq but for the money its not bad... forget shorties.. long tubes with hi flow cats and true duals is the best thing to do if ur gunna go with headers.. do the job right.. get it tuned... im sure others will jump in.. read up on alot of the threads... you would def love it as long as u dont mind the difference in loudness

I would not have thought tht putting long tube headers would give such impressive gains. I am definitely going to have to check those out.
