X Pipe Length

What length X pipe does everyone recommend? #10781 9.5 inch length or # 10791 12 inch length pipe.....

This setup will be running on my 02 5.4l with a true dual exhaust.

Any feedback would be appreciated...

Length has no effect, the diff. sizes are just for vehicles with a smaller area to work with. Mine is about this long

Im new to the site but I have been doing some research on the whole strait pipe/X-pipe idea. I know its the sound I want but, what do you guys do with the O2 plug. also I have heard that if you take the cats out (the os plug is after the cats) you will flash a code? Any thoughts. I want to do this right.

I have an 05 XLT 4x4 with a 2" spacer kit.

Thanks.
