pacesetters are JUNK. Shorty's atleast. Mine cracked 4 times, and the 5th time, the collector fell all the way off. they were less than 6 months old. stainless steel dynatechs are the way to go, last a lifetime!

are you not tighten them all the way? maybe its out of the EGR or flange and not the gasket? My pacesetter shortys lasted 3 michigan winters with no probs at all. Then i got some pacesetter longtubes and i love um.

the friggin things are still leaking, cant hear at idle but on acceleration and driving by a wall it sounds like ****, im thinking now that it is the flange where the header and y pipe meet, any suggestions on how to fix, I HATE EXHAUST LEAKS
