I cut mine off, sounded good for a while, but it drones, and mine was the worst at 65-75mph, where I drive the most. I cut mine off when I was 17, I liked the sound, the drone just got old.

just run true dual straight pipes and u wont be disappointed, its the loudest u can get without cutting off the cats and if its to loud for ya u can always put a muffler in no problem, i had flowmasters first and never was happy with it

Get some lockers and laugh at them from across the mudhole while they're stuck in it wondering why you made it and they didn't

I would think it would be worth the money in tire wear alone. Having a selectable would allow your truck to stay how it is on the road and when you need it you can lock it up. Whit a fully locked axle your tires can't rotate at different speeds, which is what happens when turning, so you will notice "chirping" when turning and increased tire wear.

I say go with selectable, that way you know there won't be a problem.
