New to all this!!

As the title says guys im new to all this aftermarket stuff. I owned a 01 Nissan Frontier and never really did anything to it. Now that i have a 07 F150 4x4, i have all these aftermarket possibilities. Im looking for a fairly inexpensive way to upgrade my exhaust system. Ive been looking around and found that the Roush off road system is what i want but not necessarily what i can afford at this time. Anyone have any suggestions? Flowmaster maybe?

purchase the muffler and take it to an exhaust shop and see how much they can get you out the door for.

That's going to be hard to do if he wants the Roush Offroad System. You can't purchase the muffler outside of the kit. It's the kit or nothing. Unless you find a used one somewhere. If you're going to buy a muffler and have it welded in though, get a Magnaflow since they're proven to flow very well. You option are almost endless though and depend on the sound you want. From loud to quieter, get a 14" muffler, 18" muffler or the 22" muffler. Then just have a shop bend you the piping, preferrably mandrel bent.

ive made my decision and im going with the Roush kit. Ive heard the sound clips somewhere on this site and i love the sound. So 430.00 sound about right for that kit? Anyone know where i can get a better deal? About how much can i expect to pay to have it installed?
