I would look at the sellers feedback, not to good. That is also for the 4.6 is that what you have?

No I have a 5.4, I thought the one I found was for a 5.4...

Do they make one for a 5.4L ?

Throttle body should be the same as a 4.6L, but you will have to get a truck specfic unless you want to do some rigging, the trucks cable wraps around the back and the mustang's wraps around the front.
