Majority vote will go to the Air Force One 3.5" with a custom tune, 3" AF1 otherwise. I have an AFe Stage 2 and I'm really happy with it. Some like the S&B which the AF1 uses an S&B filter. It's like comparing mufflers. They're going to vary so slightly that it isn't really going to matter any. The ones that are shielded from the engine heat generally let in colder air. As far as tuning goes, the Xcal2 and Xcal3 are huge as well as the Edge. If you get an Xcal and your patient, get your tunes from Troyer. If you're not a ptient person, give VMPtuning a call. In all honesty, they will probably yield very similar results. I chose to go with Troyer because of his vast experience with these trucks. If you get an Edge, talk to Bill (AESMechanic) and he can set up a custom tune for it. Either way you go, you will be very happy. Results will all be very similar.

Ok thank you so much for the help. I am probably going to go with the AF1 3 inch as i dont wnat to blow the motor up running the 3.5". As it would be a while before I got some tunes to go with the intake.

Yep, I can't see all the big gains touted by Magnaflow........from what the chart shows there is not a big difference in the two. Get what you want man and if sound is it Flowmaster is the muffler. 2 or 3 horses is not gonna make a seat of pants difference.

look at the roush off road. its not on that chart but its made by borla so it will be around that much hp and tq. my friend has the flowmaster 44 and it is definently not as loud as my roush off road. it also has a great drone. it will be loud when you want it to be
