Loud Rumbling Noise

I have a 2001 F150, 67,000 miles. I was driving home a couple days ago and after hitting a very small bump, the area around my engine started making a loud rumbling noise. It gets vastly louder the higher the RPMs go, so I am pretty sure it's something with the exhaust.

I have little experience with trucks, but just give me the names of what might have been knocked loose and I'll research it more to find out how to fix it. Thank you for any help.

If it's significantly louder on one side, then my money is on the exhaust manifold. But, I'm no mechanic either
