Which Magnaflow Cat?

I found some Magnaflow Cats on ebay:
http://stores.ebay.com/Exhaust-Direc...QQftidZ2QQtZkm

They have with air tube or without. Do the 97 F150 s need the air tube? What's it for?

Is your truck a 49 State Truck or California? You know the only bad thing about ordering off of Ebay is that if you have a problem with the product it takes an act of congress to return it. You should look on our website for an authorized seller. Go to the buyonline Icon. There are 30 different dealers on there that would be able to give you great pricing.

I checked out performance peddler and found the cats but they don't have the 2.25" inlet/outlet. I measured my pipe off the manifold and it's 2.25" so I assume I need that size...Correct me if I'm wrong.

I would go with the 94306 number and that is a 2.5" if you look on Troyer performance they also say use the 94306. My truck is a 02 and it has the same exhaust on it as your 97, the shop that did mine did a great job and it was done in a little over an hour.

Alright, thanks for the info. So the 2.5" will fit my 2.25" pipe? If it fit yours then maybe I measured wrong and my pipe is 2.5". Oh well, the shop told me to get same size but I'll take your advice.
