help with cats please!

i just got a 2008 4x4 f150 crew cab and i want to put a AF1 3" CAI on it, i also want to put some perfomance cats on it for power.. what do yall suggest?? im tryin to regain power loss from a 6" fabtech with 35" toyos on 20's... im also lookin into gears but im looking into cats for right now.. thanks

honestly, gearing will be the best thing that you can do to get your power back. remember that by changing your tire size, you have effectively changed your gear ratio, and the best way to fix that is probably by upgrading to 4.56's or 4.88's in order to get your effective gear ratio back towards stock gearing. new cats may burn a bit cleaner, and sound deeper, but unless you are planning on doing a full exhaust, the gains will be marginal in comparison to regearing.
