ah its inside and they have 2 of those whisle looking fans blowing on the truck to keep it cool. i htink it was about 60-80 inside there. maybe a lil colder because the big door was open behide my truck to let the exhuast out. ill video tape the next one after LT's and of them dyno tuning and what not.

auto its the 4R70W Stock tranny. 4.6L windsor and the 4R70W. When i get it dyno tuned they said they will chage my shift points and the shift firmness. i was looking at some phoinex trannys 1,500 bucks for a new 4R70W with kevlar plates ...truly "bullet proof"

If Built54 had stock cat pipes before that swap you won't see nearly much gain, half the gain could have come from the cats. Not trying to rain on your parade, just keep your expectations reasonable and if you do get big gains it'll be a nice surprise.....

Bullets are here i have everything expect the VHT paint witch will be here 2 morro now i just need my headers sand blasted so i can paint them with VHT and i need my cut-outs expaned to 3"OD so they slide on headers and bc the bullets are 3" OD the turn down has to be expaned to fit on the bullets. my buddy is coming over to take some pics off my "full exhuast" Headers, cut-outs, bullets, turn downs....true duels!!! not much to it should be funn this weekend thoe!!

also, keep in mind the quality of the headers. undoubtedly, the dynatech longtubes are a far superior set than the pacesetters in the quality dept, imho. of course, the better quality=better flow = more hp.

better quality doesnt equal better flow. its a pipe. dont get me wrong id love a set of dynatechs but there overpriced. just because they might last longer doesnt mean more hp.

no, but i was referring to the quality in the header's shape, and workmanship. THAT will make a difference.

im pretty sure the pipe design is the same bends and stuff to the collector just differnt matrials used. dyantechs are so pricy because they are SS and will never rust...pacesetters are carbon steel thats why i have to get the paint. im just a fan of the pacesetter brand after my shorties i just like um its all about what you want how deep your wallets are and what uve heard from who. the headers are very nice looking and workmanship looks good the pipes look nice and free flowing cant wait to do this!!

i got dual 14" E-fans from built54 donno what they are i think they move about 2,000 CFM each. i just did a simple switch....Wire to the battery with a in line fuse then to a switch inside the truck then from the switch to the E-fans and the E-fans are grounded on the raditor mounts. i just flip them on when ever havnt fliped them on at all in the winter i had a tech 2 and was watching my temp and we drove around for an hour and then idled for about 15 mins with NO fans on the temp never went over 198 degrees and i fliped the fans on and then temp went down 10 degrees within about 15-20 seconds of them being on. it was about 35 degrees that day.

so i sanded my headers with 220 grit sandpaper and wiped them off then went drifting in the snow stuff we got today then came home set up some steal wire hanging from hooks in my garge set up steal wire from hoooks in my basement and then hung them up in the garge and painted them i did one coat waited 15 mins then another one and then waited about 10 mins and did another one then took them down stairs to dry in room temp. They look really really nice...kinda bumpy looking because i guess i didnt wipe all of the sand and old paint off but for the most part they look nice im going to touch them up 2 morro if i have a snow day they look nice!!

Just an up-date no snow day today so i didnt get to touch up my headers. im going to buy my other turn-down then go to the muffler shop and get cut-outs and turn-downs expanded to slide over. thats going to be 15-20 bucks for the expanding and umm 5-9 buxs for another turn down. the headers look very nice with the flat Aluminum. hope that paint stays on there i worked so hard to make them look that way...and got a lil light headed hope i get off work 2morro so i can start right at 3-4. and work all night and work all sat and sunday *if needed* i like starting early and having all weekend ...for when something goes wroge...No if if im working on my truck something is bound to go wroge! so yeah ill take some pics of them with the paint on there...why do i need to put RTV on the gaskets that came with the kit?
