Magnaflow interior noise levels

i am posting this because i was seeking this specific info and never found it. i was very worried about loosing my nice quiet in my cab but wanted all the benefits of performance mufflers and a more aggressive tone. i have a 07 XLT 5.4 and i replaced my stock muffler with a 11" magnaflow. i used all the factory piping. i also have a drop in k&n replacement filter. these two things have made a very noticeable difference in acceleration.

Acceleration: Up to 1500ish rpm's its is almost unnoticeable any mods have been made. under acceleration from about 1500-2000 its has a drone to it. after 2000 it actually get quieter in the cab.

Cruising speed: at 1500-2000 at cruising speed the drone from acceleration almost vanishes to a very dull noise. 1500 and below sounds as if no mods have been made.

i LOVE this muffler and boy have i wasted a lot of gas over the weekend just to enjoy the sound. i feel it is the best balance in not messing with the interior sound but still gaining the benefits of performance exhaust. I have not towed with it but look for an update to this thread in the spring.

How would you compare the sound to a flowmaster? I've ran flowmaster 70's, 50's and 40's before. I'll probably go the same route with the magnaflow but I do like the rumble of the flowmasters.

----I have only been in a v6 jeep with a super 40 and it was very loud inside to my taste. i LOVE the flowmaster sound but i drive my truck a lot long distance and i didnt even want to risk it. i sat on you tube for tons of time watching vids of different exhaust. between magnaflows website, vids, and research i did here my gut said go with the magnaflow. someday when i have a truck that is not my only means of transportation i will def have a flowmaster but for my daily driver, not to mention keeping my passengers happy, magnaflow. magna flow says on their website, family friendly, its very true.
