Volant Sucks

Volant Sucks

I just put on my volant and have had in on a week i noticed little gain but on my edge and on my dash computer my MPG has on down 2 miles whats up with this i though it was suppose to help increase?? anybody know

Oh crap, that aint good, did you call the company and ask what the %$#@ was up?

yea that doesnt sound right at all. your gain isnt going to be great but your MPG shouldnt drop. i would call volant and try to trouble shoot it. did you knock anything loose installing it or something like that?

Maybe you got the MAF sensor dirty during install?

Try cleaning that and see if anything changes...

no the install went smooth i though it was a nice kit sounds good at sertain rpm. road around with it for a few days restarted my mpg meter and it dropped

So its all good now? Maybe it just had to recalibrate or something?

the increased sound and power may lead you to be a little heavier on the gas pedal. Have your driving habits changed at all? Make sure you compare mileage numbers based on the same driving habits.

you have 11 inches of lift and 37s and your worried about your milage just buggin ya man i love ur truck

I agree with Msall....after a new mod I know Im leanin on the gas a little more anyway....

no cause it like a game i play while driving, i wee how good my MPG can be when i drive dont get me wrong i step on it like a mother when need be, o 0-60 8secounds.. dont know it thats good but she gets up and gose
