Doug Thorley is the only manufacturer I've seen with a 4 into 2 into 1 longtube, but I haven't seen anything to say if they make more power or not. They run $790 with ceramic coating from LFP....

....whereas Dynatech wants over $1000 for headers with no ceramic coating....

http://www.afabcorp.com/AFCO_Dynatec..._99-03hdrsonly

Might be worth looking into the DT's. Personally I just received a set of OBX longtubes that are a copy of the Dynatech, cost me $450 including mid pipes. Quality looks excellent, can't comment on install since it'll be a few weeks before I get them on but others have had no problems.

Sorry I missed your post about the vents. There are a few sites that have them like this one. http://www.fendervent.com/ and this is the one were I got mine.
http://www.sporttruckdirect.com/SSE_Fender_Vents.html They cost about $79.95 There easy to paint and easy to install as long as you dont mind cutting a hole in your fender. I used a dremel tool, they send a template and gaskets with them. They are actually for a F250 but they will work in just the right spot on your fender. This site calls them universal.

With that size lift you can fit tires larger that 35inches.. you should also look into an 18" rim
