I already have the 18". was thinking of replacing it with the 14" if it's louder and worth it..

I have true dual magnaflow 14" rounds with the 2.5" core.

This was right after I got them, so they've broken in and deepened a little. Wish I had an x-pipe too, it would give it a better tone.

See Magnaflow website for audio clip

Max...Magnaflow has a sound clip on their website of the 5x9x18 muffler. Depending on how much resonance your willing to accept inside the cab, I think the 14" is do-able!

I have a 14" round Maggie dumped, and I would certainly not call it loud as hell. I would say go for the 14.

I'm hoping to get a soundclip of mine up soon, but the rain is not cooperating.

My exhaust is stock except for the removal of the catback and replacing it with the 14" Maggie. You gave your opinion and I gave mine, is there a problem with that? Seems as though my post bothered you for some reason....time to relax.

Obviously with longtubes and the rest of your exhaust setup any muffler is going to be alot louder than being on a stock vehicle. I didn't want the OP to think his would be loud as hell, since as far as I know his exhaust is otherwise stock.

What about the 22" ? - Actually , The Roush is a better system - Maggies are freakin cheap - Mine leaked @ their factory seam and I will never use them again . Borla, Corsa maybe .. I like the Magnaflow High Flow cats tho - nothing wrong with those. Magnaflow don't weld the straight thru's were they need to be..
