im currently running a dumped straight pipe exhaust (chopped off muffler). i love the sound but it has a weak start up and idle im assuming lack of back pressure but i dont want to put on a muffler that will take away my nasty sound at mid range and high RPMs.

i plan to put on a custom 2.5 in mid pipe with magnaflow high flow cats pretty soon and i need my exhaust legal so i need a muffler on there soon too

like i said i dont want to sacrifice my sound...

will the dynomax bullets give enough back pressure to give it a strong startup and idle without producing much drone at high RPMs???

also what does the inside if these mufflers look like...i havent seen a pic

i very rarely get drone with my bullet, only pulling up a steep hill holding dead set on 2000-2300 rpms.

I had a picture at one time of mine on the inside, maybe in my gallery. Idk i havent updated it in forever and a half

what is the difference in the 18'' and the 12'' sound wise??

 

12" is louder. smaller the muffler, louder it is. the bullet is a good choice, only 40 bucks. the inside is a straight through tube with puncture holes, like the inside of a magnaflow.
