We have no emission testing here in DE/no sniffer test for newer trucks.
All they do is plug into your computer and as long as there is no codes coming up your good to go.
Is that how they test in VA?
You can get these for duals or single.

You order it the way you want it.
You'll need these mid pipes for true duals.

What kind of inspection? You stated you have no state inspection, so what are you looking to pass? Sniffer? Codes? Visual? Dyno?

Herein lies the confusion....

If you do have testing you still haven't stated what type of test, so your question cannot be answered....

Every state inspection is not the same!
We need to know what your state inspects. What they do. What all is involved.
Have you ever taken a truck through inspection before?
What did they do? What did they look at?

You should be good to go with that set up then.

I think I'll have to stuff steel wool up my pipes to get mine through> It's pretty loud...lol
