Exhaust side exit question.
Exhaust side exit question.
I currently have a Flowmaster 50 series, with 3" piping going out behind my tire, side exit. I have an Aero 3030 muffler in the mail, and when I go to have it installed, I kinda want to have the exhaust come out in front of the tire instead of behind it how it is now.
What would be the pro's and cons of doing this? Louder, more power? (less piping). Thanks in advance.

Havent noticed any pros or cons compared to a rear exit exhaust. Less piping so it should be cheaper than a rear exit, not something you see all the time like straight or 45ed out the back. Might be a little louder in the cab since the exhaust exits closer to the cab....
Havent noticed anything with my wheels yet...

False.
I've had my maggie exit before the wheel on for almost 4 months and haven't scrubbed the wheel once... and it still looks shiny.
