Drop the Muffler!!!! You have 4 Cats so it won't be ridiculously loud.

ill give that a try but does it affect your hp or torque

It may add a bit to the HP - Probably not much - it just sounds alot faster and better. The only time it's loud is when you first fire it up - but it idles down fine.

I did a flowmaster on my 03 crew and thought it was way to quiet.

thanks. great idea no money spent.... now im too excited to sleep im gonna take off the muffler tomorrow and see how she sounds...

let us know how it sounds haha. Any straight through design muffler will be great. The best chambered design muffler would have to be Cherry bomb

Jonamond - Just to be clear.....you want to replace the muffler with a staight pipe and if you really want a nice look add a Magnaflow tip. My buddy owns a Meineke and his guy did this whole thing in less than an hour.

I can't see that costing more than a $100.00 at any exhaust shop.
