Talking Magnaflow vs. Roush Exhaust

Ok guys, here's the deal,

I greatly respect everyone's knowledge and opinion on this board so I'm looking for as much feedback as possible. Shopping for a new exhaust and I'm down to the Roush Offroad product or the Magnaflow 16614 model. I have made myself very familiar w/the SEARCH button and read every single post that talks about either one of these products so I have done my homework.

What I'm looking for first and foremost is any type of improved performance. Secondly I'm looking to make my truck sound like a truck! No drone and reasonably quiet from inside the cab. But outside I want it to kick *** and for it to be heard, but not to the point where it is an annoyance or obnoxious. Okay guys, hit me!

I don't think you'll go wrong with either one of those..

I think you'd be happier with the Roush though, for what you're lookin' for...

Go with the Roush for sure. I've had both and the Roush sounds much better and is of higher quality.

I have the Magnaflow and now it leaks - The performance is awesome and I fixed the leak . I don't get a drone at all . Idunno , I'm not crazy about the sound of it. I actually like the way the Flowmaster sounded better , but I didn't have anything coming out of the hole - torqueless, gutless compared to the maggy..

I would go with the Roush as well..

I had a Magnaflow muffler in place of the stock muffler before I changed to the Roush off road exhaust. I'm glad I did. From what I can tell from the many pics and threads of the 16614 and the Roush, the fitment is much better on the Roush. I can attest to that. The Roush definitely sounds better. The Roush is made of 304 stainless.
