Thumbs up

E-fans are WORTH the money, Trust me I did this mod 4 months ago and I really love the extra bottom end torque as well as the mid range torque. Along with the A/C blowing colder as well. I also picked up an average 1 mpg too! I went with the Flex-A-Lite model 270 for my 03 F150. I LOVE THEM! I have not had any problems with them at all. I really don't forsee any problems other than making sure that you keep a check on the battery guage and make sure that the battery is maintained. This is one of the best mods tha I have done to fill the seat of the pants difference. I is worth the money!

I also forgot to mention that the factory fan robs power from the engine due to the factory fan being turned by the belt. No belt = no power loss, the factory fan has alot of drag= the E-fans are elecrtronic motor driven. It is worth the money.

Well I will point out the obvious first....the "e" in e-fans stands for electric fans...I havent heard of any cons, but there are a few pros....more power, better mpg, and they are supposed to cool better. I have heard that if you want to feel what it feels like to have e fans, you can take your fan off and drive your truck around the block(not too far because you dont have a fan, and you will over heat)
This might be my next mod, so if you get them let me know how it goes...I know that troyer performance sells them.
