Question Magnaflow??

I'm getting ready to purchase an after market muffler for a 1 in 2 out rear exit setup. I see allot of you like and use the Magnaflow mufflers. Which model sounds the best? I'm looking for loud and low tone...Thanks

My Roush Off Road has a 10" si/do muffler. Sounds great.

With a straight thru style muffler like Magnaflow, generally the length of the muffler will determine the "loudness". Longer mufflers will control more sound, shorter mufflers will control less sound.

Thing is with shorter mufflers, they tend to girgle and pop on deceleration. Though some people actually like that. Im not a fan.

14" maggie for loudness, 18" for not alot of loudness but still very noticeable.

Only 10" in length? You must be thinking 10" width. 10" in length would be a tiny muffler, thats shorter than a piece of paper. If that the case though...then that thing must roar!

It's 10" allright, I measured it before the install. Here's a pic of it.
