Header install issues

So far I have the Drivers side stock header off. But the dilemma there is the dip stick tube needs to be taken out then put back in through the new headers. How should I remove the tube. Ive tried prying and twisting and some WD still nothing.

And I believe I have to lift the engine for the passenger side header.
I have every bolt but 1 off because the motor mount plate is blocking it.
Where should I put blocks/braces under the engine to lift it. A mechanic said the bolts where the oil pan is but on the passenger side there are some tubes in the way.

Thanks for any help

Its a slow process, but grab the dipstick by the top and slowly work it back and forth. At the same time, grab the base where it enters the engine and pull up while you work it back and forth with the other hand. It may take a minute or two with this process, but it will slowly come out. I just did mine about 2 days ago and it came out pretty easy. The only thing I did was spray some penetrating oil on it before I started.

I finally figured out everything had to lift half the engine to get passenger header off. Oil dipstick tube broke after hours of work. Hopefully will be done tomorrow.. 6 days later

you did take the bolt out of the dipstick tube right? You dont have to lift the engine, you can get to everything underneith.

Yes I took the bolt out ..

I had to lift the engine because the motor mount plate was blocking one of the bolts.
