I prefer the 45, but consider if you tow alot, or not. The pipes out the back bouncing sound off a trailer could be a problem after a few hundred miles.

I would really like the Roush O/R again on a 2008 if I go that way again, but the front of our travel trailer is a great bouncing board that would have my wife hating me after 100 miles. To modify the system costs too much after buying the kit and having a shop rework it to 45. I may have to look at somebody else's kit.

I very rarely tow anything. When I do its just a little tilt-tip trailer just big enough to fit about 3 four wheelers on there sideways

95'F-150: what size rims and tires are you running on your truck...and what backspacing do you have them at?

If you run on any rock or gravel roads with BFG AT's you'll be glad if they are straight out the back!!

I'm running 17x9 rims and 35x12.50x17 bfg mud-terrain. Not really sure of the backspacing I think maybe 4.5

I think I am just going to go out the back because 45ed looks redneck and ya even tho it does have a lift and mt tires you will hardly ever catch me listening to country music in it! Plus it will be cheaper to just raise the pipe and put like 4 or 4.5in tips on.

I like the look out the corners (45, 135 whatever you want to call it) it also makes a little more of a rumble when you pull up next to someone. besides everyone and they're dog in the south has straight back, when i think hick thats what i picture, straight out the back with glass packs. This is just the opinion of a humble redneck from ND though. ps if you want straight back so you don't hear it as much you'll hate straight back if you tow very often.

I have the 45 degree tips behind each wheel. Straight out the back seems to be too status quo. Then people with that set up have look chrome tips and only polish about 4 inches of the tip cause to do the whole thing requires them to get under the truck.

yeah if i have to custom make my own tips somthing is going to hide the non chrome/stainless. i hate that the bolt on chrome tips it looks so nasty if its 45ed or just the stock tip.
