I'm going to most likely be getting a si/so exhaust system soon. Im thinking Im just going to buy a magnaflow muffler and buy a tip and have an exhaust shop weld it all in. My question is what size tip are guys running? I need a 2.5 ID tip with a 4" OD. But magnaflow only has a tip that is 5" long with those specs...Im think that would look to small?? Any suggestions????

just buy a tip off summit or something. if it will me replacement muffler & tailpipe, keep it 2.5" & get a 2.5" to either 3.5" - 4" outlet. I bought two Magnaflow tips for my truck to run side exit.
