i have a bbk 75mm on my 4.6 along with the AF1.. i love it.. what u would have to do is disconnect your intake from your throttle body... then unclip the throttle positon sensor wiring, disconnect your throttle cable, spring and cruise control cable from the throttle body and then you are free to unbolt the throttle body itself.. this is where the problem comes in.. i believe you will need torx bit to unscrew the throttle position sensor from the throttle body to put on the new one which is what gave me a problem.. i stripped mine so i left it on the factory and bought a new one for my bbk.. it was $47.00 and i put regular 5mm bolts through instead.. then your ready to install your new TB.. make sure you have a new gasket and line it up (a little pain the the a$$ for me) then bolt it in, replace your spring, cruise control cable, throttle cable and re clip the TPS... connect your intake and you good to go..

Talking

I can try to post a picture, make sure you take off elbow and blend in the throttle body to elbow, mark it with gasket that comes with tb, it will whistle if you don't, I drove my truck for two weeks before I rimmed out the tb to elbow. drove me crazey!!!!!!!!
It is worth it if you have the 5.4!

The stock TB is large enough - you will gain little on a lightly modded/stock truck, except a lighter wallet and perhaps bragging rights / bling. Spend your perf dollars elsewhere.

And, if you still want to do this, some prep:

The $200 tb was a cheap up grade for me.
I ran truck at track before and after the tb and truck picked up a solid tenth+
and one mph for me.
No (Pinks) for us at no problem raceway! Canceled!!!!!!!!
