Not to hi-jack the thread or anything but I was looking into the Banks Torque Tubes mostly for sound and maybe a little power.
I know shorties are known to produce no increase in power but while watchin some re-runs of Trucks I have recorded I found the episode with the Banks stuff on the F-150.
When the Stinger system(Intake and Exhaust) was added the HP gain was around 25 RWHP and when the Torque Tubes were added the gain increased from +25 to +43 RWHP. There was also a reprogramming of the computer on this step.
I guess what I want to know is if the extra 18 RWHP came from the re-program alone or from the Headers and the re-program.
And Long Tubes are out of the question until I get my next job, but that's a whole other story.
