The 3'' will work with everything, the 3.5'' will flow to much air and will definitly cause you to run lean without a custom tune.

What does it cost to tune it? Or, should I just go with a 3" and not worry about the hassle?

3 custom tunes from Troyer is around $425. If you want all out performace then get the 3.5'' AF1 if not I would get the 3''.

Thanks, well im going through what you are going through right now. I have the S&B and Magnaflow si/so and it works good on a stock tune. I just sold my Edge to get the XCALII. At XCALII will work great altogether with the exhaust and cai.
