I have a 04 f-150 4.6L and i have straights on it, not true duals though. It is louder that i want and i would like something that sounds the same but is quieter in cab. Maybe i should put some kinda muffler on it? Which one would be good?

get a small magnaflow on it.

No it will not be anywhere near as loud as what you have now.
I would go with more like the 14 inch magnaflow. It will be quiet while cruising and sound good when you get on it. Sound and noise level is really partial.
The dynomax bullet would also be a good muffler choice.
