Mod suggestions?

I have a 99 F150 extended cab Xlt. i wanna increase the acceleration and overall hp. what mods do yall suggest that are affordable but worth it

You didn't list which engine or options you have so I'll go with the basics.

I would add an intake and exhaust. If you can't breathe easier to mix more gas and make it easier to expel all those additional combustion products then it's not worth it. I was very satisfied with my K&N FIPK II performance (mounting was another issue) and my Gibson exhaust. Everybody and their mother makes flash tuners so that is another budget power adder.

That should be enough to get you started until you get the fever for more.

Being resonable, yet performance oriented...

AF1, SI/SO ('cause it's cheaper) Magnaflow catback, DIY e-fans, and followed with a custom tune by Troyer Performance. After those mods, it'll be a night and day difference.
