Suggestions please....!??

First off..... What's up everyone... I just joined after reading for a while so this is my first post.

I just bought a new 07 F150 FX4 Supercrew with the 6.5' bed sitting on twenties....lol always wanted to say that.

I want to add exhaust soon, but i'd like to get it right the first time...

I want the sound be a little bit louder than it is from the factory, kind of a subdued sound with no deep choppy droning... What would you guys suggest?

Keep in mind that I want it to sound lean and mean but don't want to wake the neighborhoor...

Too late, you already responded....

What I mean is that i don't want an exhaust that's too overbearing... It's all personal preference... I personally think that it sounds ghetto when you can hear someone 3 streets away

Another question for you guys..

What are the pros/cons of going with a true dual vs sido? Is one better than the other? Or is a preference thing?

Borla makes the sound you're looking for.. It's a little more expensive than Magnaflow (Maggies sound sweet too tho)..

I put on a SI/SO Borla and it was much better than the stock sound.. better highway mpg as well.. but at first I thought it was TOO tame.. after about 1500 miles it started sounding... BETTER... very deep rumble at start up, nice rumble at idle, no drone in the cab at any speed and a freakin' roar at WOT..

Any cat back is gonna get a bit louder after some miles, all I'm sayin' is that the Borla turned out to have exactly the sound I wanted..

Someday I'll get off my lazy *** and put up a soundclip.. LOL.. but look here and listen to it.. www.borla.com
