My next upgrade headers?

Please see my sig below. I have $500.00 and would like to know what would be the next upgrade I have left I can do to get more HP. I was thinking within my budget buying headers for my truck might be it. But again not sure what price they run, how hard they are to install, and how much HP they will give if any. I have the stock exhaust from the manafold and go to a SI/DO Magnaflow muffler.

Ive done some reading the the most popular ones I see are the dynatech long tubes. I have 2005 FX4 truck can anyone tell me a site to buy them, how hard they are to install on a 2005? Also will they bolt right up to my old stock exhaust?

Thanks!

they will not bolt up to your stock exhaust, obviously, they are long tubes, but that shouldn't be too big of a problem. Dont settle for shorties, as they gain you no hp or torque. $500 wont buy you headers though... Get a set of Efans

OBX Longtubes

You can buy a set of OBX longtubes off ebay for exactly $500. Look at some of the posts from budsstuff he just installed a set on his truck. I hope I can get some mad money together and buy me a set too.

The headers on ebay are for 97-03 if your ride is newer than that they wont fit. You may contact the seller of the other headers and see if he offers a set for the new body style. I didn't notice till just now that in your signature you have a pic of the new body style truck.

i have gibson ceramic coated shorties on my 02... noticed a little something, but it could have just been an octane spike in the fuel lol
