Cats and headers??

right now im running no muffler and to be honest i want it louder...
i was thinking about taking off all 4 of my cats and replacing them with 2 high flow cats....also soon in the future id like to get new headers...what setup can give me loudness and power for a reasonable price?

I can prob answer some of your questions.
Shorty headers show no gains for power where as longtubes will gain torque and horsepower!!Shorties are not worth buying!!!
Prob the best on the market are the Dynotechs but they are kinda pricey.
Cheack here for the cheapest price www.rpmoutlet.com
I think OBX,Kooks, and Pacesetter all make longtubes for our trucks.Although i have heard mixed reviews on the Pacesetter headers. You should just save for the Dynotechs and you will have no worries. You usually get what you pay for.
As far as high flows the Magnaflows work well. Also just noticed you are running no muffler!!When you do the headers and high flows get an X-Pipe also and run true duel exhast!!

Hey i am in the same situation as zhoova928. I am running no muffler, with a high flow intake, and i want it louder. I am going to switch from 4 cats to two high flows and i honestly want to have side pipes right infront of the rear wheels. And i am trying to get headers after that. Do you have any clue where to get the piping to necessary to have side pipes? i haven't really seen any one try that, so i really want to. If any of y'all have any advice inregards to that it would be appreciated...
