MAC header install
i just got MAC direct replacement shorty headers for my 00 5.4 4x4 does anyone have any heplfull hints or tricks for header installs? is there anything i should do first to make my life easier? any helpfull info would be awesome. thanks everyone!!!

When I put on my Gibson/JBA header's I started soaking the stock manifiold studs for about 2 weeks a couple times a day, And when it came time to remove them it was no problem, I used Seafoam Deep Creep Oil worked well for me Good luck and take your time
