The only diff i see is the name and the first brand is polished.I don't think the BBK is polished???They are both 75mm so they should perform the same but i dunno.I have never heard any complaints about the BBK throttle bodies though, not sure on the other brand
The biggest difference
I would say that they would both perform the same but the difference is in the aluminum. The BBK unit is cnc machined from a solid block of aluminum whereas the other one is only cast. Hope that helps.
I agree built54, if I were to buy one it would be the BBK.
While we are on the subject of throttle bodies, do they really make any difference at all? Just wondering, because I would probably buy one myself if I could get the advertised HP gains out of it.

Throttle bodies
I installed the BBK 75mm T/B on my 2000F-150 w/the 4.6.I honestly didnt notice any difference in performance. If there was any change in performance it probably would have to be measured on a dyno.I did notice my truck seemed to idle better and i could hear the air being sucked into the intake tube on my K&N cai,so it was definetly passing air,and it fit the boot end of my cai nicely.I'm not to dissapointed I purchased the t/b,but if I had my choice again,I would save my $$ and buy something else that I would actually feel a difference in performance, like a tuner,or a set of gears,or a set of nice mufflers like Bassani or Borla.Hope this helped, good luck.
I noticed a very large increase in throttle response. You have to port match the plenum to the size of the tb bore though, not a big deal. I'm sure I am benefiting from it more than a stock truck because im sucking a LOT more air than stock.
